Currently, Japan is facing a severe labor shortage due to factors such as population migration from rural to urban areas, aging population, and imbalances in certain industries and occupations. Even profitable companies are increasingly going bankrupt due to labor shortages. As the aging population and migration to urban areas continue, the labor shortage problem is expected to worsen, and companies will be required to take measures.
In many countries around the world, the employment rate for new graduates is low, and many young people either cannot find a job or are offered low wages. Therefore, by introducing talent from other countries to Japan, we can solve the employment problems of surplus labor in other countries while also addressing Japan’s labor shortage. Additionally, we will provide other necessary support.
