We are a non-profit organization that promotes collaboration between domestic and international companies and human resources, supporting global talent exchange and development. Our association builds a talent database and provides two-way support tailored to the needs of both companies and individuals. To address the issue of labor shortages, we focus on the following key areas:
1.Promoting International Talent Exchange
Our association (PCFA) matches outstanding talent from Japan and abroad, building mutually beneficial relationships through job support programs and career consulting.
2.Providing a Platform Focused on Trust and Transparency
We establish a fair and transparent credit system, properly reviewing and managing credit information of both companies and job seekers, providing a secure and reliable environment for talent exchange.
3.Supporting Education and Training
To deepen understanding of various cultures and business manners, we offer training programs, language education, and opportunities for cross-cultural exchange, supporting the growth of both companies and individuals.
We promote the sharing of diverse values and aim to contribute to a sustainable society.
We support the digital future through employment and career development. Amid the IT talent shortage, we nurture skilled professionals—mainly from Asia— and serve as a bridge for mutual growth with Japanese companies. We offer an integrated environment for foreign IT talent to work and train at the same time, supporting career growth and contributing to a sustainable Japanese society.
PCFA aims to address the talent shortage issues in both businesses and society by building a talent database between Japan and countries worldwide, and through mutual development, exchange, and introduction. For membership inquiries, please feel free to contact us via phone or our inquiry form.
